22 West Radio earned national recognition at the 2025 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS) College Media Awards.
In summer 2025, Dr. Whitten spearheaded the seamless transition of 22 West Radio from the University Student Union to the temporary Foundation Building location in preparation for the three-year Student Union renovation project (Future U), ensuring operations resumed in time for the Fall 2025 semester.
